Awards Night 2017
The band's annual awards night was held on Friday 18th May 2017 at St. John's Fisher, Kearsley.

The Reemer Bailey Award for the Most Outstanding Band Member - Kia
The Tonge Trophy for the Most Improved Player (aged 11 and under) - Rosemary
The Bolton at Home Award for the Most Improved Player (aged 12 and over) - Freya
The Higginbottom Family Award for the Best Attendance - Joint winners; Elliott, Caitlin, Callum and Phoebe

The Kearsley Youth Brass Band Award for the Most Promising Player - Aaron
The Jack Peers Trophy for the Best Supporting Player - Matthew
The Chairman's Shield for the Best Principal Player - Elliott
The Musical Directors' Award for Most Improved Adult Player - Dorothy Tonge
The Linda Kearney Memorial Shield for the person who has gone above and beyond in their support and enrichment of the band - Keith Seddon
Certificates were also presented for Grade 1 Exams to Caitlin, Callum and Regan and Grade 3 Exams to Matthew and Elliott. Well done!
Certificates were also presented to those that played at Blackpool in February.
